About Jaco

Initial studies in tourism and hospitality led me to discover my passion for the Fitness Industry and Fitness Classes in particular. After travelling a 5 year career path from Instructor to Manager in Health Clubs, it is now a privilage for me to share my fitness knowledge and experience with you! 

Zumba® Instructor Network (ZIN) 
I am a qualified Zumba® Fitness Class Instructor with current memberships through REPS (Register of Fitness Professionals) and ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network). 

Currently holding Zumba® fitness classes in Basingstoke at Popley, Central Studio or Viables Business Park. Sessions now also taking place at Tadley or Brimpton.

Power Plate® Instructor Qualification
